DESCRIPTION:BEMER\nInformation Meeting\nDate: Tuesday\, July 23rd\n\nTime: presentation at 7:00 pm\nFree Sessions start at 6:30 pm\n\nPlace:  629 S Minnesota Ave\nConference Room \nGuest Speaker:  Lynell Hage\, RN \nLynell worked as a registered Nurse (RN) in Oncology and Intensive Care for several years.  Observing the pain and suffering of patients during end of life inspired her to search for integrative means to help the body regain health and balance.\nThis led her to discover less invasive\, more holistic methods\, and in 2008\, Lynell became a Certified Lifestyle Educator\, and in 2014 a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner. She even had the privilege to train under  Dr. Jeffrey Bland\, the father of functional medicine.  Now\, Lynell runs a functional medicine practice in Bloomington\, MN. \n When the BEMER came to the United States\, Lynell saw it as a great opportunity to help her clients.  She is a leader in the company and has been teaching classes and holding seminars for several years.  We are privileged to have Lynell Hage come and do a presentation for us. \n  \n\nEveryone who comes will get a FREE session on the BEMER! \nCome & Bring a Friend!

DESCRIPTION:Our annual herb walk is always an enjoyable time where you can learn to identify herbs and how to use them.  It is fun for both adults and children\, and would be a great outing for a homeschool group\, family\, or friends.\nPrice $5 for adults; kids are FREE!\nPlace: Bike Trail by the Zoo\n(Located on the south side from the Zoo entrance)\nDirections: Go south on Kiwanis from 12th Street. Pass the zoo entrance\nand take a right at the stoplight. Follow this road\, then go right at the fork in the road and park near the Anchor. We’ll meet there\, which is near a bike trail.\nIt would be helpful if you would let us know that you are coming\, but if you don’t know until the last minute\, come anyway!
