Never have I used a binder with such success! Usually Bentonite Clay is constipating, but in this blend it never was. I enjoy the slight mint flavor, and the texture of the flax.
More than once, I have been suffering from detox reactions, and mixed a cup of Vacuum Cleanse and had relief very shortly after drinking it.
