Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raw apple cider vinegar
  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 Tablespoon mixed herbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder or 2 crushed garlic cloves

Mix all in a bottle and use liberally on your salad. Herb mix can be oregano, basil, thyme, chives, rosemary, dill. Add pepper, if desired.
