It’s that time of year to get some cold and flu help, so here are some recommendations:

For Prevention
Take Fever Formula Tincture or Kid’s Immune Booster Tincture daily. The herbs in these formulas are very good for colds or flus in anyone, but because of their mild taste, children and those who have a hard time taking the “strong” stuff will greatly benefit from it.

  • Adults: 1-2 droppers
  • Children: 1 dropper

Take Elderberry Syrup. Elderberries contain compounds that inhibit the enzyme flu viruses from penetrating cell membranes and also prevent the virus from invading respiratory tract cells.

  • Adults and Children: Take 1 Tbl once a day.

Drink Vitamin C Tea. These herbs are high in Vitamin C and tastes great hot or cold.

  • Steep 1-2 tsp per cup of boiling water for 10-15 minutes.

When Sick
Take the Fever Formula Tincture daily.

  • Adults: 3-5 droppers
  • Children: 2-3 droppers

Take the Special Force Tincture daily. This is our own herbal antibiotic formula.

  • Adults: 3-5 droppers
  • Children: 2-3 droppers

Take LDM-100 Tincture daily – a powerful antiviral, antibiotic, and antifungal formula.

  • Adults: 1 dropper a day
  • Children: 10 drops a day

Take Armor Essential Oil daily. This blend utilizes some of the strongest anti-infectious oils aromatherapy has to offer to protect you through the cold and flu season. It can also help stop a cough.

  • Take 2-3 drops several times a day.

Drink 1/4 cup of lemon juice a day, straight or with water.
