At Herbs4You, we promote a holistic approach to wellness. This includes biochemical, emotional, and structural components. Let’s explore each one:

Biochemical
Biochemical factors include nutrition and everything we consume –  food, drugs, herbs, vitamins, water, etc.  They make up our chemical composition and are the foundation to our health. Doctors, nurses, herbalists, and naturopaths focus on these biochemical factors.

Emotional
Our emotional needs are not as easily understood. They are abstract rather than logical, and energetic instead of tangible. Our emotional health is our mental health and our spiritual health because all of these are felt on the energetic level. While nutrition is understood as chemistry, emotions are understood as energy in motion, or physics. Counselors and psychologists, as well as techniques such as Brain Tapping, Brain Spotting, Emotional Stress Release (ESR), and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) make up this category.

Structural
Your structural health is equally as important as eating healthy, taking your herbs, and reducing stress. We must take care of our structure through chiropractic care, exercise, massage, and other therapies that help maintain the body’s natural structure and functioning.

We are welcoming back Dr. Eversage, a leader in NeuroCranial Restructuring to provide you with this advanced structural healing modality. NCR is a cumulative manipulation process involving controlled release of the body’s connective tissue and meningeal tensions to unwind the body and its bony structures, and return it to its original and optimal design.

In order to find health and vitality, we need to address all three components to wellness. At Herbs4You, our mission is to provide you with the latest evidence-based practices in each of these three areas. NCR is only available twice a year, so don’t miss out on this opportunity!
