Some weeks ago, I shared my experience of how I broken two of my fingers. It has been 7 weeks since the accident, so today, I will give an update of my recovery.
After the initial accident, I started taking extra Complete Tissue and Bone internally. I also put a CBD salve on it at night. During the day, I put salve on it and wrapped it in either gauze or a bandage for protection.
As long as I didn’t bump it or used my fingers too much, they did not hurt much. But I didn’t feel it was healing as fast and as well as I would like it to, as there was still some pain and it was frustrating not being able to use my fingers. I also was concerned because the finger that was the worst was the main finger I used for muscle-testing.
So I muscle-tested the products I was using along with other products. The complete Tissue and Bone salve really was the best. So, I started to put it on both in the morning and at night. This made a big difference in the pain.
Other things I did was to exercise the fingers to help with circulation and mobility and prevent adhesions. I also, used the Bemer to promote healing.
That was it, no doctor visits or splints. Now, my fingers feel totally better and I do not need to wear any bandages.
Here is the summary:
- Apply Complete Tissue & Bone salve morning and night.
- Wear bandages during the day for protection and to stabalize.
- Take Complete Tissue & Bone internally
- Did Bemer on fingers 3-5 times a week
- Move and exercise fingers
