This week we are discussing the different causes of heart problems as well as some solutions.

Causes
There are different views of why and how heart problems develop. Here are the main causes for heart issues:

  • Improper diet and over-indulgences
  • Infections
  • Drugs & Toxins
  • Parasites
  • Emotions

Last week we discussed Improper diet, Infections, and Drugs & Toxins. Now let’s learn about Parasites and Emotions:

Parasites
In my practice for the past twelve years, I have found that more often than not, the root issue for heart problems are Parasites or Emotions or both.   When people who have heart problems come, and I Muscle-test them, usually it shows that there are parasites involved.

Solution:  Take the Parasite tincture 2 droppers a day for 2 months.  Take 1 week off and then take again for 1 month. After this, it will depend on your condition.

Emotions
We often hear the terms, such and such “broke my heart”, or something “crushed my heart”.  Our feelings and emotions do affect our heart in a very profound way.  In the book, Feelings Buried Alive Never Die, the author Karol Truman goes into detail about underlying emotions that affect our health.  She lists Probable Feelings causing Ill-ness, starting from A to Z.  Here are some of what Karol lists under Heart Problems: upsetting family problems, wanting release from responsibility, in a relationship that hurts, has a difficult time forgiving (including self), not feeling approval from others, feelings of resentment or hurt.

Solutions: Do Emotional Stress Release (ESR).  This helps identify problematic emotions and then release them.  Take St John’s Wort to help with stress and the pain of rejection, which is the underlying emotion opposite of love and acceptance.  Take Hawthrone Berry herb to strengthen and heal damage to the heart. Check out our new Calm Heart formula.

Calm Heart Tincture
We now have a new Heart Formula called Calm Heart. This formula helps to strengthen and calm the heart. These herbs have been used historically for heart health, anxiety, blood circulation, and to improve brain health.

Ingredients: Valerian, Skullcap, Motherwort, Lobelia, St. John’s Wort, Cayenne.

Motherwort – Motherwort has been used for hundreds of years for its benefits for the heart and anxiety. The antispasmodic property of Motherwort makes it useful to help regulate a rapid and irregular heartbeat caused by anxiety or stress, hypoglycemia, and hyperthyroidism. It is said that Motherwort can prevent calcification of the arteries and helps improve blood flow which could prevent blood clots.

Skullcap – Skullcap is a nervine which is a type of herb that specifically helps the nervous system and is used to help relieve muscle tension, calm worried thoughts and anger, promote concentration, and support healthy nerve function with regular use.

Valerian – has been used as a medicinal herb since at least the time of ancient Greece and Rome. Its therapeutic uses were described by Hippocrates, and in the 2nd century, Galen prescribed Valerian for insomnia. In the 16th century, it was used to treat nervousness, trembling, headaches, and heart palpitations. Valerian allays pain and promotes sleep. Its ability to help relax the central nervous system, promote feelings of calm, decrease levels of anxiety and stress, and enhance sleep are known to millions the world over.

Lobelia – Lobelia has a long history of use for respiratory conditions, improving mood, calming the nervous system, and relaxing the muscles. It is an adaptogen, which means it adapts to what is needed in any given situation to establish homeostasis.

St. John’s Wort – is continually being studied for its alleged mood-improving benefits. This herb is used in Europe for depression, anxiety, and mood swings. It contains important compounds that help with the neurochemistry of the brain. It also aides in enhancing metabolism and helps regulate our internal clock to battle sleeplessness.

Cayenne – Historically, Cayenne has been used to improve digestion, help regularity, stimulate organs, aid in rebuilding varicose conditions, destroy cancer cells, help in weight loss, assist in lowering cholesterol, improve heart health, help rebuild stomach tissue, and assist the peristaltic action of the intestines. Cayenne also acts as a catalyst and increases the effectiveness of other herbs.
