Help for PMS

A woman’s cycle should be pain free, unfortunately many suffer from pain, mood swings, and more.  Here is some help.

About Hormone Therapy
Bio-identical hormone therapy has become popular, and although there are times when this may be needed, it is not the ideal way to help hormone imbalances, for the following reasons:

  1. It does not address the cause of WHY the hormones are not balanced.
  2. It does not solve the problem.  A person must continue to get their hormone levels checked and adjusted.
  3. Someone, other than your own body, determines what and how much hormones are needed.

There are better ways to address hormonal imbalances and support the body.

The WHAT & WHY’s
What really is disrupting our body from producing the hormones that we need and balancing itself – this is what needs to be addressed.  Here is a simple list:

  1. EMF’s – All the radiation from cell phones, tablets, 5G, cars, etc does affect our endocrine system.
  2. Parasites – because of the vicinity of the female organs, most female problems are at least in part caused by parasites.
  3. Emotions – stress is one cause for a woman’s cycle to stop.  Stress can also cause hormonal imbalances, so this needs to be addressed.
  4. Drugs – Drugs that disrupt our hormones would be cortisol-like drugs, drugs for asthma, cancer, too much hypothyroidism drugs, and inflammatory disease drugs, as well as birth control.
  5. Covid Shot – The covid shot has shown to cause major disruption in women’s cycles and menopause.  It is showing to also cause infertility.
  6. Toxins & Liver problems –  When our body has an accumulation of toxins, it will not be able to balance itself.  This is in general because of an overloaded liver.  The liver is the major organ that handles toxins and also hormones.  So if it is too busy getting rid of toxins, it will have a hard time balancing the hormones.

Natural Helps
Here are some things that can help PMS naturally.

Vacuum Cleanse – This has been used to get rid of toxins throughout the body and it also relieves the work the liver has to do.  My niece said that this helped her PMS quite a bit so that she was not in bed as much.

Liver  Help –  make sure to get the liver cleaned and supported.  the herbs in Herbs4You liver tincture have historically been used to strengthen and cleanse it.

Red Raspberry Leaves It helps balance hormones and is very beneficial.   It contains astringent compounds that relieve pain and shrink inflamed tissues. One may drink freely of the tea.

Black Haw –  Historically, it was used for menstrual cramps, childbirth recovery, and menopausal discomforts, and especially to prevent miscarriage.  A report published in the British Journal Nature shows that Black Haw contains a uterine relaxant (scopoletin), this supports its value in helping menstrual cramps.

Licorice Root – has many different uses, and is used in many women formulas. It has shown distinct anti-fatigue and anti-stress activity, and it stimulates and builds the adrenal glands, which help the body cope with stress. It is helpful in easing certain PMS symptoms. It is best used in combination with other herbs.
