Help for Menopause

As we age, our bodies change and the adjustment to this can sometimes be difficult. Here are some helps to make the transition smoother.

Eliminate Problems
Some of what was mentioned last week for PMS, also applies for menopause.

EMF’s – All the radiation from cell phones, tablets, 5G, cars, etc does affect our endocrine system. Eliminate as much as possible and turn the WIFI off at night.
Parasites – can be a problem, so do a parasite cleanse.
Emotions – Stress can also cause hormonal imbalances, so this needs to be addressed.
Drugs – Drugs that disrupt our hormones would be cortisol-like drugs, drugs for asthma, cancer, too much hypothyroidism drugs, and inflammatory disease drugs, as well as birth control.
Covid Shot – The covid shot has shown to cause major disruption in women’s cycles and menopause. Women have reported to have more hot flashes and sleep issues. I myself started having hot flashes from being around people who had gotten the Covid shot.
Toxins & Liver Problems – When our body has an accumulation of toxins, it will not be able to balance itself. This is in general because of an overloaded liver. The liver is the major organ that handles toxins and also hormones. So if it is too busy getting rid of toxins, it will have a hard time balancing the hormones. Do a liver cleanse with Herbs4You Liver Tincture.

Natural Things that Help Menopause
Here are some things that can help menopause symptoms.

Black Licorice Tea – This tea was formulated to help balance the hormones. Some clients have said that it helps their menopausal symptoms including hot flashes, and it overall just makes them feel better and more balanced..

Fats – Hormones are made mainly from fats, as well as our brain being mainly fat. It seems that when one consumes enough good fats, it helps to alleviate menopausal symptoms. Good sources of fat would be coconut butter, fermented cod liver oil, and omegas.

Fenugreek – Is an amazing herb that has shown to help in menopause. It actually helps to modulate hormones, and in a clinical study, it showed to improve: night sweats, hot flashes, insomnia, mood swings, depression, and headaches. There were no side effects except positive ones. Fenugreek has a special ability to naturally modulate the hormone system as needed. This means if your estrogen levels are low, it brings it up. If it is high it brings it down. This Study on Fenugreek is interesting, so I encourage you to check it out.

Natural Progesterone – There are times when one would benefit by taking some natural progesterone cream. The best type would be made from wild yam root and used as a cream that is applied on the skin. This should only be done 3 weeks and then take one week off and then resume and repeat.

Vacuum Cleanse – This has been used to get rid of toxins throughout the body and it also relieves the work the liver has to do. My niece said that this helped her PMS quite a bit so that she was not in bed as much.

Liver Help – make sure to get the liver cleaned and supported. The herbs in Herbs4You Liver Tincture have historically been used to strengthen and cleanse it.
