Last week, I spoke on the 3 most dangerous types of drugs. Today and the next two weeks, I will be addressing alternative methods to help deal with the core issues instead of using these dangerous drugs.
NSAID Pain Killer Drugs
A brief review of last week is that the main use of NSAID (non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs), is for neck and back pain as well as headaches. NSAIDS are the most common drug that results in a hospital admission for a drug reaction (typically for heart attacks, bleeding, strokes and kidney failure).
Here is a short list of NSAIDs:
- Aspirin
- Ibuprofen
- Naproxen
- Celecoxib
- Diclofenac
- Meloxican
- Indomethacin
- Ketoprofen
- Piraxcam
- Mefenamic

Alternative Help
Before I go into what can help, we must look at the body as a whole, not only parts. Here is an analogy:
A person bangs their head against the wall and consequently has continual headaches. A doctor can give the person aspirin, ibuprofen or something stronger. An herbalist may recommend a natural herbal pain relief. But either way, the core issue has not been addressed. The Holistic approach that will get permanent results is as follows:
- Have them stop banging their head against the wall.
- Give them something natural that helps relieve the pain, but does not hurt them.
- Find out why he/she is banging their head against the wall, and work on that angle as well.
1. Find the Cause
- Structural – Most chronic pain, especially head, neck, and back, will be from structural issues. This mainly is from damage done at birth, accidents or injuries throughout their life. Solutions: NCR (NeuroCranial Reconstructuring); Appropriate Chiropractic help, Body Stress Relief, or other forms of structural help.
- Drugs or Toxins – Some drugs can cause headaches, so this needs to be looked into. Toxins in the air, food, or environment also can cause toxic headaches. Solutions: Stop taking the drug. Take something that will get rid of the toxins, such as, Vacuum Cleanse, Heavy mineral Bugleweed, Chlorella
- Damages – Sometimes there are body parts that get damaged, such as knees & hips, and people are advised to replace them. Depending on the severity, these can heal to the point where they are functional and pain free. The keys is not to give up and realize that surgery also has it’s risks. Solutions: BEMER, Infarred light therapy, Lazer therapy.
2. Natural Pain Relief
The second step is to take something natural that helps relieve the pain, but does not hurt the person. Herbs4You has several remedies that help.
- Complete Tissue & Bone Capsule – Dr. Christopher Many have used this to help with headaches, backaches, and other pain. It gives the body the building blocks to heal itself. It is totally safe and has been used for at least 50 years by 100s of people.
- Pain- Aid – This is our NEW pain remedy. I put this together and have had some clients use it for various pain issues and they are saying that it works well. It is not on our website yet, but we have some available in the store.
- Headache Tea This does take the edge off a headache and at times it can totally get rid of them. Each of the ingredients are known to help with pain: peppermint, catnip, sage.
- Relax Ease – The nerves can also be damaged and be a cause of pain. This formula helps rebuild the Melin sheath of the nerve, thus healing the nerves and relieving pain.
3. Dig for the Root – Find the Why
As in the analogy, one must not only stop banging the head against the wall, but also find out WHY they’re banging their head against the wall in the first place! This may not be fun, but it is necessary. Although the analogy of “banging the head against the wall”, may sound extreme, it is real. Children who have had vaccination reactions often bang their head against the wall or crib. In fact, it is a common occurrence with autism. This is because vaccines can cause inflammation in the brain.
Solutions: To find out the why, one must dig deeper. It would be best to see someone who can help in this process. Sometimes the problem is physical, but even as with cancer, there can be an emotional component to it. So this should be addressed. Some methods that help are: ESR (emotional stress release), HMT Holographic Manipulation Therapy, Brain Tapping, Biofield Tuning. I have looked into all of these and they each have their unique benefits. Below is more information about these
I trust this has been helpful.
