Here are three delicious healthy treats that I am sure you will make over and over again!
Cranberry Delight
I make this cranberry sauce for Thanksgiving, but it’s so good, I freeze cranberries and make it throughout the year. A friend tried it one Thanksgiving and put fresh whipped cream on it and ate it as dessert!
1 bag of fresh or frozen cranberries (12 oz)
2 oranges
3 apples
honey to taste
Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend till applesauce consistency.

Healthy Peppermint Fudge
This is a delicious melt-in-your-mouth fudge for all ages. You can make it with or without the Calcium Powder, but adding it gives it a nutritional boost.

1/3 cup of coconut butter
1 cup of carob powder
1/2 cup of honey or rice syrup
1/3 cup of Herbs4You Calcium Powder (optional)
10-20 drops of peppermint oil
Dash of salt
Blend all ingredients in a bowl. Add more honey, if desired. Spread into small pan or glass container, refrigerate to harden. Cut and enjoy.
Chocolate Energy Balls
This energy ball is packed full of flavor and nutrients. You can also vary the flavor with peppermint or vanilla.
8 oz of dried pitted dates
2/3 C of rolled oats
1/2 Cup of almond butter
1 1/2 oz of dark chocolate (broken pieces)
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of vanilla or 5-10 drops of peppermint essential oil according to taste
Put all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and process finely chopped and blended. Form into balls and store in refrigerator. You may also roll the peppermint balls in crushed peppermint or the vanilla ones in chopped nuts.
Hope you enjoy these!
