I plan to present some of the benefits of the new products we now carry. Today, I will cover Moringa. It has been called the “Miracle Tree”.

Moringa History
Moringa has been used for over 4,000 years in India, Africa, and beyond. It shows up in ancient Ayurvedic texts, Egyptian beauty rituals, and even Roman kitchens. In ancient India, it was prized for its ability to “prevent over 300 diseases.” Egyptians used its oil to protect their skin from the desert sun, while the Greeks and Romans valued it for food and medicine. Through centuries of trade and migration, Moringa spread across Asia, Africa, and the Americas, becoming a global ally for nourishment and healing.

SuperFood
Moringa is definitely a SuperFood. It is a wonderful gift that we have in the plant world. This leaf contains 17 x’s more calcium than milk. This is plant-based calcium which is easy to assimilate into the body and be properly utilized. It does not collect in the kidneys like cow’s milk.

Moringa can have up to 28mg of iron per 100 grams. This is 25 times more than spinach. (the fresh leaf does have similar taste as spinach). Moringa also contains high amounts of Copper Manganese, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Selenium, Zinc. It also contains many vitamins, fatty acids, non-essential amino acids.

Here is the really cool thing about moringa, it contains high amounts of Zeatin and Quercetin! These two compounds bring life and vitality to aging skin and slow the aging process. You will notice your skin reversing in the aging process!

Benefits
Almost every part of the plant can be used, from the nutrient-rich leaves to the pods, seeds, flowers, and even the oil. Most of the nutritional benefits come from the leaves, which can be eaten fresh, cooked, or dried into powder.

Here’s why it’s earned its “miracle” nickname:

  • Supports healthy blood sugar: Research suggests Moringa can help balance fasting blood sugar and improve insulin sensitivity.
  • Heart-friendly: May help lower LDL cholesterol and support healthy HDL levels.
  • Antioxidant protection: Contains quercetin and chlorogenic acid to help reduce oxidative stress. Think powerful anti-cancer here.
  • Natural inflammation fighter: Supports the body’s natural response to inflammation.
  • Beauty from within (and without): Moringa oil is a natural moisturizer, antioxidant-rich, and soothing for skin and hair.
  • Anti-inflammatory properties: said to be attributed to the activity of phytochemicals such as isothiocyanates and flavonoids like quercetin and kaempferol.

We now carry powdered Moringa in its pure form with nothing added.

We’re here to help YOU!
