We are in a series about Children’s Health and today I want to address 3 things children should avoid in order to be healthy.
Vaccinations
Here are some Vaccination Facts:
In 1976, children received 10 vaccines before attending school, yet today they will receive over 36. In the early 1980s, the incidence of autism was 1 in 10,000 births. By 2005, the incidence had leaped to 1 in 250 births, in 2014 it was 1 in 150 births and now it is said to be 1 in 32 children. This is a crisis!!!
In the book, Vaccines: Are They Really Safe & Effective?, the author Neil Z. Miller states, “The general public is unaware of the true number of people (mostly children) who have been permanently damaged or killed by one or more of the vaccines. Every year about 25,000 reports of adverse reactions to vaccines are made to the FDA. These figures include emergency hospitalizations, irreversible injuries, and death. Still, these numbers may be grossly under reported because the FDA estimates that 90% of doctors do not report reactions.”
Another fact is that the general public is also unaware of the amount of money awarded in these cases. In the last few years, more than $2 BILLION had already been granted for thousands of injuries and deaths caused by mandated vaccines. Awards are issued for permanent injuries that included learning disabilities, seizure disorders, mental retardation, paralysis, and numerous deaths, including many that were initially misclassified as sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS). Technology
There is a hidden danger lurking to steal and kill our child’s brain, soul, and body. It is persistent, enticing, seemingly harmless, but none-the-less deadly. Although, we may diligently protect our child from junk food, drugs, and poisonous substances, this danger may trump them all. The danger is Technology: cell phones, video games, social media, and all the like. It isn’t just the danger of radiation from phones and other devices, but the addiction that these habits generate.
Read what is being written to warn parents HERE. This book compares gambling addiction and drug addiction with tech addictions. Some say that tech addiction is worse. In a real way, it destroys a child’s brain. The tech addict dies slowly inside. Their personality changes, their mood changes, their brain changes, and their connection with family, friends, and the outside world all change.

Non “Foods”
Non foods would be substances that do not give nourishment. This includes not only junk food, but foods that have empty calories. Children need high levels of nutrients so every bite needs to count. Here are some examples:
- GMO foods
- Toxic foods: foods that have poisonous substances in them such as: additives, preservatives, nitrates, sugars, etc.
- Processed foods: over-cooked foods, most packages foods, chips, instant ramen, other instant foods, most crackers, fast foods, etc.
- Non-nourishing drinks: soda, energy drinks, fruit juices, punch, lemonade, etc.
I hope this has been helpful. If you have any questions or would want me to cover a topic, please send us your request. Also, we will have FREE Botanical Medicine Consultations for children for the rest of August.
We’re here to help YOU!
