None of us like being sick, and that includes myself, yet, last week, I was sick and spent most of the week in bed.  Here is what I learned and did to get better fast.

Know What You Have

  1. Whenever sick the first thing to find out is whether you have a bacteria infection or a virus.  I started feeling sick Wednesday evening (March 19), the week before last.  I tested for bacteria.
  2. The second step is to find out what product will work for the infection that you have.  I tested for both Oregano and Special Force.  Whenever I am sick I usually take at least 2 products that fight the infection.  So I started taking both of these throughout the day.

The Progression

Although I felt a little sick Thursday and Friday, I could still manage, but by Saturday I had a fever and couldn’t get out of bed much.  I continued to take the products but didn’t have an appetite so I didn’t eat.  I kept a frozen washcloth on my head for the fever day and night. Once a day, I used the cold/flu program of the Zapper, a frequency device.  By Monday, I was wondering why I wasn’t getting better so I retested myself and found that the infection had gone to the lungs.  I had had a bad case of pneumonia before so I knew that I needed to address this aggressively.

What I Did

  • I rechecked myself and found that the Special Force wasn’t working so changed to Top Gon (2 droppers 4 times a day) and stayed with Oregano (2 caps a day).
  • Oregano nasal spray two or more times a day & oregano throat spray several times a day.
  • I started doing the Pneumonia program on the Zapper
  • I started using a nebulizer with a more natural solution (4-7 times a day). See formula below.
  • I took 2-3 times the normal amount of Juice Plus, as this increase the T-cells (T-cells are a type of white blood cells called lymphocytes that help the immune system fight germs and protect from disease).
  • I drank about 1/4 cup of lemon juice twice a day.
  • I started eating after 3 days of only liquid. Diet was No dairy, sugars, or processed foods.  Mainly bone broth and vegetable soup.

Points of Consideration
The question then is WHY did I get sick in the first place?  In retrospect, I think it is mainly because of three factors:

  • I see a lot of sick people, so I am exposed to numerous pathogens.
  • My diet while good, was not what it should have been.  Dairy is my weakness.  Cream, cheese, butter – yum, nearly every day!
  • I think what affected me the most was that we had a small kitchen fire a couple weeks prior and the smoke and chemicals used to put out the fire was very pervasive in the house.  We did end up leaving the house for 4 days because it was hard to breath, but we had been there during the worst part. This could of weakened my lungs and made them more susceptible to the infection.

I hope this has been a help to you.  I want to give a big THANK YOU to LaDora DeBoer for sharing the formula for the nebulizer.  It really was a big help.   I recommend this for anyone struggling with coughs or lung congestion.  This can be used even for young children.

P.S. We are extending the liver tincture sale through April as cleaning the liver is important for our health.

Nebulizer Formula

Make Saline Solution
16 oz of clean water (distilled is cleanest)
1 tsp celtic salt   Mix these.
Then add
1/4 tsp of hydrogen perioxide 34 or 35 grade.
(Wayne & Mary’s has this.)

Refrigerate in glass bottle when not using.  This should keep for a couple weeks.

When Using:
Add 4 droppers of saline solution above to nebulizer container and add 2 drops of iodine.  It is then ready for use. Do this 4-8 times a day.
